Round 8 // Post Poned

Together with Moto-Park X we have decided to postpone this weekend's race due to the excess moisture they've had and the forecast with more possibility of rain.

In lieu of a race, Moto-Park X has announced they will be hosting an open practice Sunday, July 24th instead. 1PM - 5PM | $30/rider.  The track will be fully prepped and in mint condition, as for the pits - make sure to bring your rubber boots! Canteen will be open.

Round 7 // Postponed

Together with Prairie Hill MX we have decided to postpone this weekend's race due to the excess moisture they've had and the forecast with more possibility of rain.  This will give Prairie Hill the ability to host a practice or two and give everyone a chance to try out the reversed track.

Thank you for your understanding and keep an eye out for the official postponed rain date.

Update on Jamie Burmey

As many of you already know, Jamie Burmey had a horrific crash during practice at the 4th round of the Canadian Women's Nationals in Regina on June 25th. She was taken to hospital where they confirmed she had broken both femurs, and fractured her pelvis in multiple spots. She had surgery that night to have rods put into both femurs, and 4 screws into her hips. She is gaining more mobility everyday! Tonight (July 6th) she was transported via air from Regina to Winnipeg. She is now at the Health Sciences Centre and would love some visitors! She is in and out of her room a lot, so please text/facebook message her to arrange your visit.

We're all wishing you a speedy recovery Jamie!

"Today I walked a total of 10 feet with the parallel bars - which I put most of my weight onto through my arms and then shuffled a bit with my legs. Shortly after I used a walker but I could only take 3 steps - an accomplishment for me nonetheless."…
