REGISTRATION DEADLINE

All registrations submitted after Saturday 5pm will be subject to a late fee.

If any last minute changes occur on race day they will be announced at the track.

OPEN PRACTICE

Open Practice is Saturday, July 27th from 10am-4pm.

Rescheduled Race

This weekend’s race was originally to be run July 13/14 and was pushed to this weekend. If you did register for the 13/14 and haven’t been transferred to this weekend’s race, please connect with us.

RIDERS MEETINGS

We appreciate those that come out to our riders meetings each race day. These are important in that they serve as reminders for all race day changes. These meetings also address any issues that come up throughout the season. If you miss important information that affects the day, this remains your responsibility.

Morden, the new Round 3 is happening this weekend!

REGISTRATION NOW OPEN

Round 3 is now at Shadow Valley Raceway in Morden this weekend, June 22 & 23! With Altona’s race cancelled due to rain, Morden will now be Round 3 and all the rounds being updated from there.

OPEN PRACTICE

10am-3pm this Saturday

At the end of the practice session on Saturday there will be a lap taken in honour of Albert VanHuizen AKA Moto Medic.

SUNDAY RACE DAY

Rider Meeting: 7am, Practice: 730am and Race starts 830am.

A few reminders:

  • Sign in is from 6-8 PM at the trailer Saturday night. Please register online by 5 PM as this makes our job much easier come Sunday morning. If that is not possible, please get to the trailer between 6-7 am Sunday morning. If you are unable to make it to the trailer by 7 am, please reach out by email, otherwise a late fee may apply. 

  • Riders MUST have their competition numbers on all 3 number plates on their bikes. We need this to identify riders and numbers and names with their transponder in case we have an issue or if we have to count laps manually. Please assist us with this effort.

  • 50cc/65cc parents. Once your rider is in the start gate and the 30 second board is up we would ask that you clear the area please. 

  • If there is an issue with scoring, we would ask that you come to the trailer with your rider name, number, class, and transponder. This will make it much quicker for us to address any discrepancies.

Season Schedule Update

Altona Race is pushed to August 18

The Altona race has been re-scheduled for Sunday, August 18th. Please mark this in your calendar. Anyone who registered for the Altona weekend that was postponed will be contacted about transferring their registration to the August 18th weekend. This will be a one day event with no open practice day on the Saturday prior.

Canadian Pro Motocross returns to Prairie Hills MX

This coming weekend, June 16, Canadian Pro Motocross returns to Prairie Hills MX in Pilot Mound. The staff at Prairie Hills will once again pull out all the stops to present a fantastic racetrack this coming weekend.

We want to remind everyone that this weekend is exclusively a MRC event, and as such, Grassroots has no involvement in this weekend. The amateur day on Saturday serves as an exhibition event and does not count towards our provincial series.
